First of all, I am thankful that Inti International College Subang's career service department had organised career preparation workshop for last year students, so we can earlier prepare our-self before graduate and step into the work field. Through this workshop, I had gained more knowledge about what young talents are actually a workforce or organisation looking for. Other than good performance in academic, skill set such as collaborative ability, courageous & honest, problem solving, digital savvy, innovative and ability to learn are the skills that need to be obtained by a fresh graduate or employee when apply for a job.

This situation lead me think back that whether I have obtain skills that nowadays organisation or employer wanted. After the workshop, I realised I need to improve my problem solving and innovative skills before I graduate to get myself well prepare to step into the real industry. I hope that Inti Career Service Department could held more such series workshop for students especially last year students. This will be the opportunity for students to get prepared and knowing whether themselves are capable for the real industry.
