I am responsible to overseeing the daily operations of the store and making sure the operation runs smoothly and effectively.

Besides, my duties include brainstorming business strategies, developing promotional campaign and keep on track of material. 

After I resign from Starbucks Malaysia, I joined The Link Cafe. I used what I had learnt from Starbucks, such as Coffee Knowledge to do the beverage R&D. Although I have been in this store for 1 year, I still wish that I have more opportunity to attend workshop about coffee, latte art and beverage R&D.  

Other than working as Store Manager and Beverage R&D, I was assigned to do design such as Menu, Promotional Poster.

By doing this task, I had learnt a lot and improving my skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, 

I also working on social media management for The Link Cafe. Ensure info and contents are up to date. I have learnt how to manage the social media site more efficiency and using Facebook Ads to drive data into the back end system.
