chinese new year stage crew
I had been volunteering as CNY Stage Crew since 2016 to present. I need to prepare and liaise with different performance groups, arranging the rundown and ensure the show run smoothly. Yet sometimes, I need to work as audio controller in certain shows.
​
I learnt how to arrange shows rundown and manage workload within my team. Sometimes, I also need to learnt and improve my impromptu problem solving.
​
If I have the chances to joined as stage crew next year, I will delegate my task equally.
